In terms of the new Consumer Protection Act (no. 68 of 2008), the onus is placed on the consumer to understand the supplier’s policy regarding refunds and returns. These are displayed on our Pro Shop notice board and our website. All members and visitors are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these terms and ask any questions if necessary, prior to making any bookings and/or purchases. All of our policies are based on the general practice in the golfing industry and are not negotiable.
